The Wellbeing Fix addresses a critical gap in women's health: a lack of accessible information and support for common, yet often unaddressed, health challenges. Statistics reveal significant delays in women seeking help for issues like pelvic floor dysfunction, widespread misunderstanding of basic bodily functions, and insufficient education around menopause and hormone replacement therapy.

Leveraging over two decades of experience in health, wellbeing, and fitness, combined with a degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science and specialised women's health qualifications, I founded The Wellbeing Fix.

My aim is to bridge the gap between fitness and medicine, offering a holistic approach to women's physical and mental health. By collaborating with corporate employers who are increasingly committed to supporting their female staff, The Wellbeing Fix empowers women with the knowledge and tools necessary to lead healthier, happier lives.

Reflexologist

Emma De Pfeiffer Key

Emma's journey into holistic therapies began with Reflexology in 2015 and Indian Head Massage in 2019. When the pandemic impacted events, her passion became her primary focus. She is deeply committed to children's wellbeing, leading her to add Baby Reflexage (combining Baby Reflexology and Massage using the Tiny Toes Method) in 2021. Empowering new parents with these techniques to ease early discomforts is incredibly rewarding for her. Her expertise extends to Hand Reflexology for children with special educational needs, and Pregnancy Reflexology (pre-conceptual, pregnancy, natural labour, and post-natal) through the London School of Reflexology.
